Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is a form of healthcare that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with an emphasis on manual adjustments to the spine. Chiropractors use a variety of techniques to help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being.
Dr. Len Herman, chiropractor and clinic owner, is pleased to provide a modern, full-service rehabilitation and treatment facility. O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic specializes in musculoskeletal injuries. The goal of our clinic is to provide quality care and functional restoration, returning the patient to a pre-injury level of activity as soon as possible. We take great pride in providing supportive therapy, as well as preventive strategies for recovering patients and those who have the desire to remain well in their personal health.
Dr. Herman attended undergraduate studies at University of Toronto (1985) and York University (1986-1989). He attended Chiropractic College in Toronto at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating in 1993. He has since obtained a specialty in clinical rehabilitation through the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board, and more recently, has obtained Catastrophic Assessment status through CMCC.
Dr. Herman is proud of his chosen profession and updates his education in this regard. He is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and Canadian Chiropractic Association. Apart from operating his private chiropractic practice, Dr. Herman also has extensive experience over the past 20-years in the auto insurance industry, as an insurance examiner. He also has experience working with personal injury lawyers, as well as addressing personal injury files through his involvement in a side company, namely Preferred Independent Assessments Inc. that operates out of 945 O'Connor Drive, Toronto ON.
Dr. Herman has worked in various multidisciplinary treatment environments. He is proud to work closely with registered physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, and other allied conservative health care providers, both at O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic, and in the insurance industry.
