Dr. Len Herman, B.Sc., D.C., C.C.R.D., Chiropractor, Clinic Director
Dr. Len Herman, chiropractor and clinic owner, is pleased to provide a modern, full-service rehabilitation and treatment facility. O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic specializes in musculoskeletal injuries. The goal of our clinic is to provide quality care and functional restoration, returning the patient to a pre-injury level of activity as soon as possible. We take great pride in providing supportive therapy, as well as preventive strategies for recovering patients and those who have the desire to remain well in their personal health.
Registered Physiotherapist
Tenzin Rabyang, R.P.T., B.P.T., Registered Physiotherapist
Tenzin Rabyang studied Physiotherapy in India and graduated in 2012. He joined the bridging program for physiotherapy at the University of Toronto and had the opportunity to practice physiotherapy in different Canadian healthcare settings. He has experience working in both the private clinical setting, as well as hospital settings. He joined the O’Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic team in 2015. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali.
Resident Physiotherapist
James Samaniego
James is a physiotherapy resident who has worked with many different patient populations. James' passion in health, physical activity and caring for the quality of life of people, intertwine to influence his future career decisions. He studied Kinesiology for his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Toronto and has graduated from the Masters of Science in Physiotherapy program at Brunel University in London, UK. He has experience from his placements working in various hospital acute care settings and in a private clinic treating musculoskeletal injuries. He believes in taking an eclectic approach, whereby patients can best recover – using exercise prescription, modalities and manual therapy techniques. He is on his way to becoming qualified as a registered physiotherapist in Canada. Outside of the clinic, James enjoys traveling, exercising, playing sports and is an avid foodie.
Office Administrator and Clinic Manager
Cheryl Noel
Cheryl joined our team as a part-time Office Administrator in 2014 and has transitioned to our full-time Clinic Administrator in 2022. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in finance administration within the medical field. She also worked over 10 years with an advertising and graphic design company, serving as the Office Manager. With such a diverse background and wide skillset, Cheryl aims to apply her knowledge and expertise to maintaining the high level of integrity and customer service our patients deserve.

Candace Lee
Candace started working at O’Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic in 2019. She loves the friendly relationships that she has developed with the patients. Outside of work, Candace has been a gymnastics and basketball coach for 10 years. She loves sports!

Janine Viret, Registered Massage Therapist
Shortly after Graduating from Centennial College with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 2004 Janine came to the O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic to join the team. Over the years Janine has treated a wide variety of illnesses and conditions and has taken continuous education courses in order to provide the best care she can to her clients and be up to date with any new information. Although Janine sees all different conditions she especially enjoys working with pre and post natal clients and has had experience with infant massage as well.

Sandra Lauzon, Registered Massage Therapist
Sandra graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in Toronto in July 2006 - Registered with the CMTO - College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, in September 2006. Sandra holds professional affiliations with the Registered Massage Therapist's Association of Ontario (RMTAO), Kikkawa College alumni, and the LinkedIn Professional Network.
Since Sandra has been a Massage Therapist, she has worked in a variety of diverse settings: medical therapeutic, sports rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident evaluation - (MVA), individual personal injury - WSIB, stress management /relaxation, as well as chair massage in corporate/ private and special event settings. She has additionally worked as a voluntary palliative care therapist with Hospice Toronto. Her current training is for Craniomandibular treatments for (TMJD) - Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction - Assessment and alleviation of jaw pain - for teeth clenching, grinding, locking, clicking, and associated factors - headaches, and neck pain.
There are many known benefits to Massage Therapy, some of these are decreasing pain, promoting healing in the tissues and recovery time - due to trauma or illness, aiding circulation, providing increased range of motion in the limbs, easing stress and tension and promoting wellbeing. Sandra's Massage Modalities include Swedish Massage, Fascial Release, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Sports, Pre-Post natal, Craniomandibular, Relaxation, and Chair massage.

Devorah Eisenman, B.H.K., Registered Massage Therapist
Since joining the team at O'Connor Rehab & Wellness Clinic in 2008, it has been Dev's privilege to provide treatment and care for her clients as they present with varying conditions, whether they be musculoskeletal or stress relief/relaxation based. Her involvement and education throughout the years in the healthcare field have enabled her to develop specialized skills and attention to detail when treating her clients. Dev's philosophy is that Massage Therapy is an art form as well as a science. Her approach is holistic in nature, and individuals are treated with the goal of promoting their physical health and general well-being. Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, as well as General Swedish Massage techniques, are just some of the modalities she may incorporate to treat specific issues/conditions that a client may present with, to facilitate their optimal care and healing.
Devorah became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) after graduating from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2006 and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She obtained a Bachelors of Human Kinetics (Honours) in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor in 1990, where she assisted with massage techniques as a student volunteer for the University of Windsor Track and Field Team. She has also completed the Fitness Leadership Certificate Program at Seneca College (1997).
